Introduction

One World Strategy Session I – You Are Here!, is a 4 hour session that examines our understanding of sustainability and the world we live in through honest collaboration and discussion.

This workshop focuses upon the following topics:

  • Mankind’s impact.
  • The impact of our values and beliefs.
  • Nature has become a destination.
  • The woolly mammoth in the room.
  • Civilisation collapse disorder.
  • How we value nature.
  • Ecosystem services.
  • How we treat the environment.
  • Tragedy of the commons.
  • The Ego/ Eco paradigm.
  • Can we be 100% sustainable?

There are no right or wrong answers, just a deeper understanding of the world.

Format

  • Participants are grouped together and complete an A0 worksheet.
  • Suitable for small and large number of participants.
  • Supported by the One World Book.
  • Suitable for individuals where English is not a first language.
  • One World Strategy Session II - Creating The Future.

Outcomes

  • Supports an organisations sustainability initiatives.
